3. Products, pricing, and availability

Ordering, cart, pricing, promotions, and checkout are provided through our licensed menu partner, Dutchie. Product selection, prices, discounts, and availability are set on that menu and may change at any time. Promotions may end without notice and cannot be combined unless stated. Taxes apply at checkout.

4. No sales to minors

We do not sell or market cannabis products to anyone under 21. Orders may be cancelled and pickup refused if age or identity cannot be verified.

5. Third-party services

The menu, ordering, and payment experience is operated by Dutchie under its own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services, and links to them do not imply endorsement.

6. Intellectual property

The Natural Leaf name, logo, text, and imagery on this site are our property or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natural Leaf is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
